That day started nice but after 2 pm everything changed. The sky got dark. Rain started to fall. We didn’t pay attention until we saw the flood coming straight for our front door. We could see the water mixed with mud, and rocks. It was scary being alone with my little sister. My parents went to help other families that were in worse condition than us. That day some people lost everything. Others lost their lives. That was a very scary day.
